Most small businesses have been told AI will change everything, then handed a chatbot and a bill. We started Telos Advisory because the gap between the hype and something that actually works is enormous — and it's the small, ambitious businesses who get left behind.
So we build the unglamorous, useful thing: a small team of AI specialists that handle the repetitive work, hand tasks to each other, and ask you before they do anything that matters. It lives in the tools you already use, and it earns its keep in the first week or we keep tuning until it does.
We're UK-based, we work in fixed-price projects, and we don't do lock-in. If AI isn't right for a problem you have, we'll say so — that honesty is the whole point of an advisory.
